David H. Eccles
Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Eccles has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Vintner's Cellar International since its incorporation. Mr. Eccles has also been the Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Vintner's Cellar Canada since its incorporation. During Mr. Eccles' career, he held several senior management positions with such companies as Management Recruiters International of Cleveland, Ohio, Sales Consultant of St. Petersburg, Florida, and Drake International of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. For five years, Mr. Eccles held the position of general manager of IB Seminars International where he toured North America lecturing on the principles of business and starting your own business.

Dustin Steedman
Director of Marketing
Mr. Steedman was appointed as the Director of Marketing on December 17, 2007. Mr. Steedman has a Bachelor Degree in Marketing and over 10 years of sales & marketing experience. His past client base includes working with Automotive Manufacturers, Health Care, Insurance, Banking/Finance, Information Technology, Pharmaceutical and Retail customers. Mr. Steedman is an innovative leader with the ability to create strategies and set challenging goals that deliver results.
Bernice Mount
Director and Vice President of Training and Development
Ms. Mount was elected President and Director of Vintner's Cellar International Inc. in July 2000 and has been Vice-President of Training & Development since its incorporation. Ms. Mount has owned and operated a Vintner's Cellar franchise from April, 1996 to Nov. 1999 in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, at which time she sold her franchise in order to join the Vintner's Cellar corporate team. From 1992 to 1996 Ms. Mount was employed by Groupe Le Mer Toronto, Ontario, Canada as an account executive, responsible for sales and service of southwest Ontario territory. Before 1992 Ms. Mount was the owner of a prestigious restaurant in Ontario.
