BIANCO DI TRAPANI

A rich full-bodied white made in Sicilian tradition. High alcohol is its trademark, with a deep golden color. The nose unveils a wonderful harmony of ripe pears and bananas. To the palate the sensation is warm with rich, soft tannins and an extremely long finish. Not a wine for weak taste buds.

Parings: Grilled fish, white sauce pastas and grilled veal dishes

(Sweetness: Dry * Body: Heavy * Oak: Light Aging: 9-12 months)

CHAMBLAISE

This easy drinking wine is light-bodied with a clear, smooth refreshing flavor. Essentially dry, but with floral character and a full intensity of fruit make it a universally appealing blend. One of the most useful wines.

Pairing: Matches with a variety of fish and seafood.

Oak: None Body: Light Aging: 1-3 months

CHARDONNAY

Gold in the glass, this supple, elegant wine boasts rich aromas of honey and tropical fruits while apples, melon and vanilla oak tantalize the palate. Golden in hue and slightly tart, crisp and rich in varietal character. With aging you get complexity and smoothness.

Pairing: Great when served with pastas, seafood and shellfish.

CHENIN BLANC

It’s a distinctive dry white wine, can be sweet with a lush fruity bouquet. Complements the flavor of apples, cinnamon and honey. Great to age .

Pairing: Perfect to serve with salads, cheeses and light pasta dishes.

Oak: None Body: Light Aging: 1-3 months

CUVEE SPECIALE

Light gold in color, having the intense aromas of citrus and the subtle tangy essence. Full and generous, this is a sumptuous wine with a rather soft finish that is well structured, tickling the palate. Excellent for sipping, perfect for a special meal or alone as a celebrator.

Pairing: Shellfish and salads.

Oak: None Body: Light Aging: 1-3 months

FRENCH COLUMBARD

Generally light in color, its is crisp yet moderately dry and has a lovely fragrant fruit bouquet, which make it best to be consumed young and well chilled. A tingle of acidity carries the wine to a long finish.

Pairing: A favorite summer refresher and companion to fish and poultry.

Oak: None Body: Medium Aging: 1-3 months

GEWURZTRAMINER

Deep yellow, it has a floral and lemon citrus nose. It is a lively wine with its trademark spiciness, it offers a frontal attack on your taste buds. Well-aged it becomes a truly distinctive and pleasant wine.

Pairing: Spicy Indian & Thai food, white meats and old cheeses.

Oak: None Body: Medium Aging: 3-6 months

JOHANNISBERG RIESLING

A light-colored, delicately flavored wine which offers a slight tartness. Displays a flowery bouquet, complex fruit and cinnamon flavors make it crisp, clean and well structured.

Pairing: Uniquely suited to freshwater fish and other seafood.

Oak: None Body: Medium Aging: 1-3 months

LIEBFRAUMILCH

With a pronounced floral bouquet and a perfect blend of sweetness, this is a particularly good wine when consumed young. Light and elegant, its flavor is soft in the mouth.

Pairing: Well with seafood, veal and fruit.

LUNA DI MIELE

A smooth luscious wine, it is almost liquorish. This wine has a bouquet of honey and apple blossoms. Smooth attack, full on the palate with a lingering finish. Its generous alcohol content will surprise the taste buds with a medley of citrus and herbs.

Parings: Sushi, grilled seafood's and rich creamy sauce pasta

MUSCATO

The Moscato's unique smell and taste are easily recognized. It is distinct because of its concentration of aromas of musk, peach and apricot.

Pairing: Well with mild cheeses, fruit and appetizers.

PIESPORTER

Pale yellow in color, this wine has a floral nose reminiscent of apple blossoms, with some exotic fruit notes. It is fresh and subtle with the proper amount of alcohol (not overpowering) The green apple lingers on the palate extensively.

Pairing: A suitable partner for fruit, seafood, ham and veal.

Oak: None Body: Medium Aging: 1-3 months

PINOT BLANC

Soft undertones of apples and peach, this full-bodied wine is best consumed young. A richly toned, delicate wine with an elegant floral aroma and velvety taste.

PINOT CHARDONNAY

PINOT GRIGIO

RUISSEAU BLANC

SAUVIGNON BLANC

Crisp, clean and intense is the only way to describe this wine. A herbaceous nose with flowery undertones lead up to its wonderful citrus flavors.

SEMILLION CHARDONNAY

This wonderful blend brings together two very different elements in a harmonic union. The Chardonnay brings its flavors of tropical fruits with hints of vanilla, while the Semillon contributes a honeyed vegetal character with nutty butterscotch nuances. The resulting wine is truly a symphony of flavors.

Pairing: Great with pastas and shellfish.

SOAVE

A fresh, vibrant easy drinking wine, pale straw in color, with a delicate spice, herbal aroma. The clean, crisp fruity flavor is enlivened with a pinch of citrus and a hint of almonds. This well balanced wine is best served slightly chilled.

Pairing: A companion to poultry, seafood, shellfish and veal. Best served young.

TREBBIANO

Light amber in color, with reflections bordering on golden. It has fruity character with good acidity. Fresh and exuberant, with good alcohol level. Lively and fresh, this wine is suited for many occasions.

VERDICCHIO

Medium-bodied and complex with herbal aromas in the bouquet and flavors of lemon and peach. The finish is crisp, and dry with excellent acidity. A gentle bite to entice the palate, make this appealing to many. Excellent when served young.

Pairing: Goes well with veal and pastas with seafood sauce.

VIOGNIER

A distinct dry wine with a rich and complex aroma. The aroma of apricot, honey and spice abound. A surprisingly dry smooth finish. Light golden in color, this wine drinks well young.

Parings: cream sauces, fish and chicken

WHITE BORDAILLES

The result of this blending is a crisp dry wine that evokes aromas of figs, flowers, honey and grass. Fresh and appealing, this wine has a delicate light body with many layers of flavor on the palate. Low in acidity with a nice finish.

Pairing: Good choice with shellfish, white meats and poultry.

WHITE BOURGERON

This delicate bouquet of peaches and apricots leads to a robust, full-bodied wine with a tang of citrus. Expect a crisp, clean finish. A summer favorite.

WHITE ZINFANDEL BLUSH
